Even 5 Alcoholic Drinks in a Week can increase Death Risk


Nation First News:  According to scientists, drinking more than five alcoholic drinks a week raises the risk of death.

Guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) also said Alcohol intake in drinks per week  can lead to increased risk of health problems including stroke, heart disease, mortality and fatal aneurysms.

A new study also shows that drinking just 100g of alcohol a week — equal to five glasses of wine or pints of beer.

Any more than five drinks a week on average can shorten your life.
