Ishant Sharma puts India in Driver’s Seat in Antigua Test


Nation First News:  India took control of the first Test of their World Test Championship campaign in Antigua against West Indies with a lead of 108 runs at Stumps on Day 2.

Ishant Sharma’s 5-wicket haul, his 9th in Tests helped India restrict the hosts to 189 for 8 in 59 overs and put India in a strong position at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium.  Ishant made it difficult for West Indies both with bat and ball. He took 5/42 in 13 overs on Day 2.
