Nation First News: Union MoS Pratap Chandra Sarangi, who is hogging the limelight across the country for his simplicity, austerity and dedication towards education and cultural promotion, has been sending poor tribal students to KISS for the last 12 years. It was revealed by Dwiti Chandragupta Vikramaditya, Vice Chairman of KISS Foundation, India in a Facebook post.
“I have never written about any politicians and also try to stay away from most of them to a large extent !!
But Shri #PratapChandraSarangi is different. He is making waves by his simple lifestyle and unpretentious ways and has defeated two of the richest candidates of Odisha.
On a personal front, ‘Nana’ as we fondly call has been sending students to #KISS for the last 12 years. He personally comes with them, admits them and check their well being periodically. His love for children and education is unparalleled”.
While KISS has been helping thousands of poor, tribal students across Odisha to get proper education, accommodation and a respectful career, hardly anyone knew that the ‘Man of the Moment’ Pratap Sarangi is also associated with this institution in this noble cause.
